Costa
Rica 's south pacific features some of the more remote areas of the
country. Sport fishing in these areas is great because of little
pressure due to the difficulty of access to the zone. We recommend
taking charter flights to the most remote zones like Drake Bay, Puerto
Jimenez and Zancudo, although you can get there by car, it's going to
take anywhere from 10 to 15 hours to get there.
Places like
Dominical, Uvita and Sierpe are more accessible, 6 hours tops on 80%
paved road and some back roads that are not hard to travel through.
The following is a
list of hotels in the areas available to our clients. When a
fishing trip is made that includes a hotel we will try to book our
clients in the best accommodations available for the budget specified.
